Finite, numbered and never topped up
Two rows of 15. Row A is headed by Gengar ex SR; Row B by the Eevee promo. The last envelope in each row also wins a Captain Pikachu row finisher.
Numbered yellow dots. Every envelope is marked 1-01 through 1-30, so it cannot be confused with an envelope from another run.
Cards are shuffled before loading. Nobody—including the operator—knows which envelope contains which prize.
The pool is never topped up. When all 30 envelopes are sold, this run is retired and a completely new numbered run is loaded.
